Planes of ballscrew

If accidentally the nuts are unscrewed from the screw and the balls fall out of the circuit, they can be replaced as follows. It is important to find all the balls or replaced by new ones. Clean carefully and follow the procedure:

1. - Use the sleeve described on Nut disassembling, place it inside the nut in vertical position. Fixing it in a clamp, leaving visible the first lower circuit of the nut.

2. - With tweezers, place the balls into the circuit being very careful not to insert any ball in the space between deflectors. Rise up the sleeve to next circuit following the same procedure until all nut circuits are complete.

3. - Assemble the nut as described in disassembling paragraph.
